You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
7game2 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or betting market.
The minimum bet across most 7game2 games is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and account tier, and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. 7game2 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 7game2 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 7game2 shall not be liable for bets placed in error by the player.
Void Bets: 7game2 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In the case of voided bets, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings derived from a voided bet will not be paid.
For esports betting markets, all results are determined based on official tournament or match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., MPL-PH official standings, Riot Games official results). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 7game2's determination shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure described in Section 15.
